PSA: Yasuo's winrate is really high currently because of a bug with his ULT.

Actually its the opposite, not only the presence of 'mobile and tankie yasuo' with items like Phantom dancer. His recent 'hot'fixes' had fixed things like delay issues on him being able to auto attack a enemy right after his ultimate ends and even other silly mechanics that likely kept part of his win rate in check due to bug issues. Sadly now it isnt, i suggest checking out Redmercy's video about how Yasuo is at a 56% win rate 'average'ish rate and how did it sky rocket even further currently.
