No Love for Tolan?

In the recent patch notes, it mentions AD assassins and how they were hurt by the itemization changes. Did Riot forget he even exists again, because he wasn't even mentioned.

Kay-Z and ZZ got looked at but the AD OG himself was nowhere to be seen. Any particular reason that I am not aware of or are they finally reworking him?
