Why do I play champions I enjoy?
When, obviously, the only champions that can win are the braindead, boring as all hell champions that have no mechanics, no skillshots, nothing to make them fun, just bundles of stats and targeted abilities for damage.
Oh hey, nice Q Azir, yeah, except Nunu can do the same thing, but triple the damage, twice the slow, and it slows AS too -- all while being a targeted ability.
Nice ult, Lux, except Syndra's does double the damage, can be cast while moving, and doesn't need to be aimed.
Oh hey Brand, your Q is super cool and all, except Annie's is far more reliable, does much more damage, and stuns just as easily.
I just really don't understand how this game is, in any way, fair or balanced when the easiest champions in the game can, BY FAR, out perform champions who take infinitely more effort, skill and time spent learning. Why would I even bother playing a champion that uses skillshots when any champ with targeted abilities performs infinitely better? Why would I ever bother playing a mage when any right-click hero just destroys everything with minimal effort? I just don't understand the balance in this game at all, where incompetence and laziness is rewarded more than all the hard work someone puts into learning a complex champ. : /
Am I just not meant to have fun in League? Is that Riot's idea? Boring is a win, fun is a loss?
