Want to buy someone to tell me what I'm doing wrong.
Basically, title. I just want someone to either queue up with me, or watch a game of mine, and tell me why in the world I lose 90% of my games, and why I have nearly 4,000 games in silver.

Morale is affected by wins, losses and teammates. If you're in a neverending downwards spiral of defeat and despair, both your focus and thought process are affected. You become sluggish, stiff or chaotic and the flow between each thought and move is fractured. The pressure of escaping this hell through a win and that of the knowledge that your teammates are watching and judging stack together and push you further down the spiral instead of lifting you out.
What you should do is find teammates that are comfortable. Comfortable as in them to you, you to them and all of you to the game, no matter the result. Then, simply play. No wins, no losses, no rage, just enjoy the play.
Once you escape the spiral of despair, then you can think about rising through the ranks. Just don't overburden yourself with meaningless worries and hesitations. It's a game, just a game, nothing but a game. If you don't enjoy it and only get stressed, then it's simply not worth the trouble.
