I believe they said that it would be released either late 2015 or early 2016.

Am I wrong to ask "why" though? He's embarrassingly out of date. The new tank supports are diving through the ground, their ults have knockups and slows, and idk what the hell Bard is but he's got about 5 times the depth of Taric.
