I'm dieing for Eye of the Watcher buff...

I'm an ap supp main who thinks frostqueens isn't as good because you have to buy a sightstone after(at least you should), which kind of defeats the purpose because one of your item slots will have no ap at all just so your first item can have 25 more ap, and also results in a longer delay of wards.

Knowing that It should have 10% Cdr but currently does not screws up my mindset and build crafting. And knowing that it's just a temporary sub-par build until 6.1 IS KILLING ME..

I really just needed to vent my discontent
