however it's just a fact that someone that doesn't play against decent players shouldn't shout for buffs or nerfs.

Like i mean people are still defending GP and asking for buffs on him when he is clearly broken People do not want azir to be changed when there is no counterplay to a good azir, except when riot dumpsters his stats.

riot makes changes to champions based on two things, pro play and play for majority of the player base. lets take zed for example , majority of league players are low elo ( bronze , silver, gold) every one would agree? bronze and silver making up about 70% of player base. those players were the ones who have trouble vs a zed where as high elo / pros didnt even though zed was strong by design. so now due to the out cry of the masses they have butchered what zed use to be.

typically in high elo gank plank isnt as over powered as some might feel he would be in lower elos. yes he strong at the moment with a 53.32% win rate top but that isnt 1st, its 5th behind and number 1 with a 55.72% win rate

i dont think its his heal that makes or breaks its is stupidly strong wave clear. he can clear any wave with one or two barrels. he also gets free asst by using his ult in other lanes that allows him to stack gold. the parley passive gives him more gold income. if you dont crush him in the 1st 20 mins of the game he gets so much gold from his kit he just simply out itemize majority of the teams. and with a full crit build he can do crazy aoe damage with barrels. also his ult makes it too easy to get free gold on asst while still aoe farming waves after waves.

my point to how is strong is because he can stack gold off his parley passive and the aoe wave clear he can provide with his barrels. by being able to generate more gold (and i dont know why i dont see it more often getting a early) you are able to get your bigger ticket items faster then your enemy. even with out kills. the rate in which he can stack gold and the cd on the barrels goes hand and hand. back in the day there use to be a build called BANK PLANK it is where you stacked gold income items like which use to give bonus gold on killing creeps, monsters, champs. and even before that there was the philosopher stone and heart of gold income items that was a standard pick up on him in laning phase where all you did for 20 mins was stack gold to get your items and team fight late.
