Ya but you can learn those mechanics etc in Normals. Here is the thing , many people get stuck in bronze silver and stay there for a long time, you know why? Because they are playing against other low elo players, who are making bad choices and plays. Most of them never learn much because that's all they are used too, the people that get better are people who watch Twitch players & LCS and learn how to do stuff correctly.
I have 3 accounts, 1 in bronze 1 in gold and then one in diamond/plat 5s and solo que. On my bronze account it's annoying because I know when we can win a team fight, when to group & when to get objectives, my team doesn't and even when you tell them they get all offended and just don't do it.
In higher elo everyone knows pretty much the same thing you do, you don't even have to type just ping and everyone knows exactly what you are trying to do.
Many times in bronze i'll ping for an engage and go in knowing we can easy win a team fight, yet my team will back off, recall or split up during an engage and end up getting me killed, then when I die go in 4 vs 5 and lose. In diamond/plat If I engage everyone knows to go in with me and if they have any doubts about the engage they will at least ping to let me know that they aren't ready so i'll back off.
Low elo & high elo is two different types of game play, if you want to get high elo you have to learn from high elo players, you will never get better trying to learn from low elo because they are low elo for a reason.
Also in bronze if you are missing bot lane and your mid is fed, chances are you are still going to lose because a fed player in bronze doesn't know how to make good with getting fed. How many times have you seen a Yi on your team that is fed but doesn't split push? I've seen it a lot, instead they run around racking up kills but never do anything with it objective wise, then all it takes is one ace for them to push a lane and get an inhib.
You can try to debate me with right and what is wrong, but I've accomplished up to diamond 2 and have played for 3 years so I know a little about what i'm talking about. Best thing is to do is get ride of this notion that you know everything and start fresh, Learn from higher elo not lower elo. Even higher elo doesn't know everything but they are a lot more experienced in the game then people in bronze.
The Best way to get out of bronze is Csing , getting fed and carrying, that's really all there is to it. Relying on your team is probably the worst thing you can do at that elo.
