That mastery will only useful to support beyond laning phase who can't roam at the moment. If someone else takes it other than the supp to who the fuck are they near to get exp off? Their jungler is AFK in the bush for them? Are they chasing other laners in the jungle while giving up their tower? Who the fuck goes into a support tree for getting an exp mastery while you can get defensive or offensive mastery if you aren't going to give up on the game and AFK under turret? Do you know you give up CS and not the exp that they give?
