Can we PLEASE have a notification of some sort when someones trying to ban a champ thats hovered?

This literally happens to me every single other game since I main Zed, people just auto ban him every time , and don't even look at the champions were having. And after they ban them, they go "Oops wasn't paying attention sorry". Like wtf?

So since people themselves cannot be trusted to even look at what they're team mates are picking, can get they get a notification pop up when they try to ban them saying "Do you really want to ban X champ, since your team mate is hovering them?" (Something along those lines)
