I got a nice little short story to tell you guys

I was playing nami support for fun (weird, people actually enjoy playing support?) and my bot lane wasn't doing super great. We were constantly shoved to turret so i made a decision i wouldn't usually make. I didn't immediately by sightstone. shocking, i know. I actually decided to buy item 3114 so i could spam more heals since we were taking a lot of damage. Since we were under turret i didn't have much use for wards except for the pink i already had in tribush, so i waited on buying sightstone.

Naturally my oh so nice teammates fizz and caitlin lost their shit and started yelling obscenities at me for not buying sightstone. Meanwhile both of them had full trinkets. [zombie-brand-facepalm]

Like i said, short story but i hope that someone else agrees with me at how idiotic my teammates were. P.S. Did i make the right choice on buying a sustain item in that situation rather than wards when i couldn't use them?

I would've gone with frostfang, boots, and a pink. Then get eye of the watchers + mobis as soon as possible. Since I play a lot of bard now, I probably would've bought mobis, a pink or 2, and just roamed since the adc would've been under tower.

Don't focus on why other people are shitty because it will make you feel needlessly good about yourself.

I think your choice made sense. It would have been upsetting if you died though, and I can easily see platinum players mad at you for that if the health from sightstone would have made the difference, but tbh I probably wouldn't even notice that you skimped on sightstone unless I was looking to gank for your lane (I am a gold 5 jungle main.) Taking the moment to say that even then the pink in tri-bush is just... It feels so nice.. Like being fisted by Vi. Please buy me more pinks.
