Welp, fuck me then. Shut it down, folks, we have to shovel this poorly made, poorly balanced, over-priced shit in there.

For those of you who don't know, Rising Thunder was a Fighting game based on accessibility, where your special moves and supers were done by a single key, allowing players who weren't the best at fast fingers to stand toe to toe with much more dexterous, more skilled players. It didn't run the best (granted, my computer was imploding at the time.), but it was a blast to play, with a few balancing issues (fucking cosmonaut asshole. Players know who I'm talking about.), but mostly fine, with a very active, friendly and accepting community, and active devs, talking to and helping out the fans.

Can't have that though.

So if you guys were wondering, this is why Riot isn't making any more content (not LoL). To busy buying smaller devs of unrelated games.

Hope that chinese communist money serves you fuckos well.

I'm gonna presume Riot bought the company just to help them out with money and development of the games that company makes. So Riot could finally make the S count in "Riot Games"

Radiant is working on a new game, so it's not as though they no longer exist. I wouldn't be surprised if they take the bones of Rising Thunder and build it into a Lol-based fighting game instead.

Would be pretty smart of Riot to take the Blizzard approach, and just have a ton of games in a single universe.
