More skins for champs that don't have 5

Is it too much to ask for more skins on the champions that don't already have 5+? Sona, Ezreal, Annie, Yi, and Tryndamere are big offenders, but Annie is the biggest.

I mean seriously, another Annie skin? I own 5 Annie skins and this next one will mean I own exactly half of Annie's skins.

Then there's the fact I own 1 Yorick skin, and that's half of his. Riot needs to make more skins for other champions instead of just picking favorites that don't even have higher pick rates.

It would make business sense if the champions with a ton of skins were the ones with the highest play rates, but that's not even the case.

Edit: I see the point that she has a lot of options, so if you don't do the crafting you still can get an Annie skin... but that only stands if you wanted an Annie skin in the first place. This actually screws over anyone who, like me, already has an Annie skins. Now the Hextech reward is on a champion I already have good skins for, when it could've easily been for any champ with fewer options.
