Surrender button in ranked needs to be moved to 45 Mins instead of 20mins

You shouldn't be surrendering in ranked, EVER. If you get frustrated and want to quit, then don't play ranked. Go play normals or arams. Ranked is a competitive area where people want to climb and WIN. If your gonna be a little bitch about riven feeding 3 kills top and already Ff'ing at 20. Then don't play ranked. EVERY SINGLE GAME can be won. This is solo queue, not LCS, solo queue players don't know how to close out a game. If you have to grind through a 55+ Min game to win, then so be it. Thats the joy of ranked, to climb, you'll never climb if you quit so easily because of a bad play.

To often do I see people just FF at 20, and me being forced to lose 25 LP, for a game that could have been won.
