Taric became a member of Mt Targon? Clad in armor. Has a shield. Uses a specific weapon. Mt Targon should have more champions. I know that Taric says he lives in Demacia, but no other Demacian even acknowledges Taric. As is, he'd fit in more with Leona and Pantheon. Here's what I'd do to Taric;

Through many wars Taric has learned to stay true to his companions as told by his father, one of the greatest warriors in all of Mt Targon's history. He believed, that with the harmony of war, one could bring justice. Taric stood by his father's wishes and fought for the glory that his father had taught him. As comrades would rush into battle, Taric stood by their side and pushed them further. Blocking devastating blows that one would had never recovered from, none could understand where Taric's persistence came from. Taric's calm demeanor puzzled the other warriors, even Leona. His father had just died in the midst of combat. At the funeral, Taric stood and gave peace to his father. When morning came, Taric remained at his fathers tomb standing in silence. No one said a word to him. In combat, Taric had learned to ways to defeat enemies with ease. Able to go through a entire battle with no scratch. This continued for 2 weeks. On the battle field, it happened in a flash. No one fought. The only thing laid before them was the leader of one of the armies. Some time in the night, Taric had snapped, they say. He ran into the enemy camp and challenged the leader. The leader just scoffed at him and sent his mean to capture Taric, but Taric just nocked them aside with his shield and pointed his mighty hammer at the enemy chief. The chief smiled and launched himself at Taric with incredible speed, but Taric did the unthinkable. He slammed his hammer as hard as possible crushing the ground beneath him, throwing the enemy off balance. Taric then leaped into the air and with one strike defeated the enemy leader. This was told by two allies who had followed Taric that night. When asked why Taric had done this, Taric's only reply was, "I had finally found the serenity in war, that my father had told me of for so long. I took it, and used it to my advantage." And with that, he left.
