It doesn't even have to be that much. Just a little. Exercise is incredibly relaxing and can help distract you from that 1/17 jhin, that intent feeding AP riven, or the flaming yasuo. I went on a two hour walk and managed to not lose my shit after my team locked in all melees in champ select, flamed each other for bad champion picks, repeatedly got called ret*rded, and many more annoyances in just one game. For a guy who gets tilted after mid goes 0/3 by 7 minutes, this was a pretty big improvement for me.

Seriously, just try it. Go on a short walk or run, do some pushups in your basement, whatever you need to do.

I just go to the punching bag i have hanging in the basement and bash the fuck outa it for a solid 20 minutes then come back, problem solved xD

I have a pair of really nice boxing gloves that i leave down there, i don't wrap my hands like i should, buuut at least the gloves help a little bit xD

Oh man, i know how you feel, one bad angle is all it takes, you can permanently destroy your wrist if you hit too hard at too bad of an angle on something solid.

But same applies to kicking if you aren't careful, but kicking just feels sooooo much better, you can put a lot of power into it and release a lot of anger of trolls and feeders ahahah xD
