I don't want a champion anymore, is there any way I can delete/sell it? I've already used my 3 refunds, but is there a second way to get rid of them where I don't get anything back?

Nope simply put everything you buy is a choice you made. Riot gave you refunds for the chance you did not like the champion/skin/purchase.
Side note if you submit a ticket to the riot billing department they may be able to help you refund rp purchaces but probably will tell you no on an Ip purchase
if you owned something for 100 days, and regret it now. then you don't really regret it you just want money back since your now bored with the champ
Actually there is if you don't mind forfeiting any RP or IP you paid for it. Just send a ticket to supports asking that you want some content removed from you account (specifying what item) and the support team shoudl be able to remove that content for you but you won't get your IP/RP back. I used it once to remove some of my runes (I had 10 runes of the same type when there is only slot for 9, IE 10 Marks for Hybrid Pen)
