Riot really needs to start being more transparent with their players.

No more of this "well the features in development we can't tell you until its released" bullshit. Literally any feature you are developing for League should have constant updates on the progress, and work thats going on with the feature. Idc about surprise, Idc if the feature doesn't get released in the first place, I want to know whats coming and whats being released and updates on it.

You threw Dynamic Queue at us with no warning and nothing hinting at it, you showed us no data supporting the idea that players wanted and shoved it on our players. You ignored players outcrys for months at a time, if you don't know the answer the a simple "We DON"T KNOW THE ANSWER, but this is what were trying" is a lot better then silence.

Riot has had a terrible history of transparency with players, often going silent for almost a year on issues, and most of the time when they do tell us whats going on they say "sorry we fucked up, but were gonna fix it." Well you could have told us it wasn't working months ago; Constant updates on the development of the feature or w/e, would have been much better, theres no reason to keep it a secret especially if its a gameplay feature.

Us players do not want to come back to League of Legends in a month and see no updates on the Dynamic Queue issues, We want updates every at the least every few weeks. We want questions answered or at least enlightened constantly, its hard but thats the difficulty of adding new features, and if its to hard then you should have never released it in the first place. You should have fixed the problems before release, or at least most of them and been transparent before release, on the Development of Dynamic Queue.

Its a difficult issue but its your mess up and you must own up to the work that its takes to fix it. Next time learn to be more transparent; Its what League of Legends players have wanted for years, transparency.
