This will be that one year, that maybe 5 or less will get the Championship Skin

I know that people may had got it when it was first given but... XD Just looking at the roster, only 5 will even get the skin (unless all 5 messed up in Semi and Finals). I just want to know what Riot is going to do if no one at all gets perfect. Its just, out of 2,696,780 other people, only 5 were able to even get perfect so far (the luck you 5 have is amazing).
