Banned till the 13th? (Its a question)
Im actually curious about this because i've seen alot of people popping up with the same thing, 2 week ban, lifted Nov 13th. Who else got it?

Two week bans without an explanation are typically the result of toxicity.
Thats what the ticket said, but I havent been chat restricted since the tribunal was taken down, so its a little out of the blue isnt it?
Well, it works like this ...
Riot reviews toxicity manually, and as far as its known, they are quite busy with that. No tribunal means more manual work for the employees.
SO, this means there is someone having to sit and read through your whole chat log(s) , and it could be quite old and extensive by the time they do.
If all your logs show you were toxic, but not so bad to warrant a ban, you will be chat restricted.
If they find you were severely toxic on a frequent basis(homophobic, racist remarks, and death threats..though sometimes none of these are present, just being a real awful person constantly will do it), they will just escalate your ban to 2 weeks.
As far as recent news goes, I believe they are trying to now hand out bans and restrictions on a week by week basis.
We also don't get to receive season rewards ;-;
