I've noticed that most of the time, the ones who comment are titled things like Game Analyst, E Sports Tech, Level Designer, or Coffee Monkey. It seems that it's everyone that doesn't have a job in game balance or champion design.

#My question to you is: Are your jobs so low in importance that you aren't allowed to submit any ideas to the employees without the time to come to the boards? It's reasonable enough to conclude that the Musician doesn't put characters in the game, but to think he/she doesn't have any more influence with the game than a regular player is just ridiculous.

It's not comforting to know that I can do absolutely nothing to be heard by Riot (confirmed by both Support AND the Reds in charge of the Boards), but it's even worse to know that the employees themselves have no voice either.

I see all these comments by Reds about how great some Champion or Skin concepts are, or how good of an idea adding something to the client is, with absolutely nothing done about them.
And I know the THREE examples of fan-made skins. It took Riot 2 years to release Pool Party Zed, despite how quickly after his release it was suggested. And there's a champion concept with every ability mapped out, Runeterra-friendly lore written, AND a FULL 3D model, where the only work left to do is program him into the game, that is being completely ignored.

It's a shame none of you have a voice louder than an unknown player.

Are you kidding? Riot have left more than enough comments on this matter to show that they legitimately have a team-based system going that restricts them from working on anything unrelated to their task at hand. As well as this, they have often stated that they are strict on time whenever they visit the boards (unless they specifically state otherwise, like when they do an ask-this-Red post).

Pool Party Zac was introduced during Pool Party, which only happens once a year. Sorry Zac didn't come out the year prior, but Riot aren't going to suddenly pop one out during winter. Introducing a character that's not designed by Riot's Champion team is a horrible idea as well. They should be allowed to do their own thing.
