Make sure to copy the text below to a notepad for ease This is much faster than "creating a custom" like i see most of you doing.

All it takes is to open Your Command Prompt(start>searchbar>type command) and enter:

ping 104.160.131.1

the ms will be your exact in game ping. This ip applies to the chicago na server; just google your server if it is different. It takes absolutely no time and can be done without even being connected to the lol client.

I find a get a much better ping when I ping 127.0.0.1

Also make sure you change the color of your characters to neon green for ultimate 1337 haxxor mode.

From personal experience this number (at least for me) is always lower than the in-game ping. I remember reading somewhere that internet providers prioritize this type of traffic to make themselves look better. Sorry for vagueness.
