Thanks for the random permanent +13 ping?

My ping was at 42, 90% of the time since the server relocated, but a few days ago or maybe since patch(may not have noticed right away) my ping is a static 55. Thought it would just be temporary but it seems to like that number a lot.

has anyone else noticed their ping increase in this way?
