The Skin team is really weird

It's like they don't care about lore updates or anything like that. Targon event? No one gets new skins. Shurima event? Let's release new Super Galaxy skins that lose the cool reference of the first, and then a Thresh skin.

And the champs they pick for skins sometimes... are just... odd.

No Cosmic skins for Leona, Diana, and Pantheon even though the lore now says they get their power from extraterrestrial forces. For Super Galaxy, instead of changing the theme from mechs to oddly colorful space suits, they could have kept the mecha theme, using Nunu and Sejuani and just released the ones they did as variations of Full Metal (closer to Jayce than Rammus)
