@Riot/Lyte How does People who Intentionally feed or Troll get banned? NOT SURE FOR DISC.

Riot or Lyte or whoever is best to response to this, How does those who intentionally feed or Troll get banned? We really don't have a Tribunal to actually check the case or whatever it might be for a Troller or a Intentionally feeder. So can someone slide by from this Ban? Can someone who get constantly reported get a ban? Who is actually banning them when there is no Tribunal?

I have yet to get a notification that one of my reports has yielded any sort of punishment, and I've been told I'm getting reported several times myself, but I've never been banned. Pretty sure you have to be in like the lowest 1% of toxic people to actually get banned.
