@Riot, Could you at least acknowledge, that there is a Problem with Promos?

They don't really serve a purpose other then being a super frustrating experienced based 100% on luck and whether you get trolls or not. Yes somewhat on skill level, but it's matter of "Will I get an afk?, Or will I be lucky and play against a team who rages at eachother?"

I really would just love a Red Response, and what they think about promos and have they serve any purpose. Other then being frustrating.
