Is There Any Reason To Buy Champions on Day one?

When HoTS releases new heroes you can buy them in a bundle that includes a skin and maybe a mount, the bundle being cheaper than buying them individually. So in LoL when new champs come out does something similar happen?

Yes, there are always bundles that give you the new champion and its release skin for a discount.
