Champions need new quotes when they see a champion related to their lore

For ex.

When lucian faces an enemy thresh once he gets within a certain range of him he can be all "You'll pay for what you've done to my wife, Thresh" and thresh can be like "Ahhh, I knew I sensed a familiar soul muahahaha"

or for Vi and Jinx Hey, Fishbones, look it's fathands! You're going behind bars this time!

It should be passive quotes that only are said once per game automatically instead of having to press a button.

I think this would at least please people enough till lore gets back to being good
