Question of league's leaver detector

So I was trying to play a ranked with a friend and my computer was glitching out so bad. I think it was something with my graphic cards so i tried relaunching multiple times, everytime bug splat or just comp crash. So I updated drivers but by the time i finally fixed it the game was over. And I'm just worried about leaver buster, cuz I've had a few games with either technical difficulties or irl problems I needed to attend to. So can lever buster tell the difference between leaving/afk and crashing/bug splatting?

No, Leaverbuster does not differentiate between an intentional leave and a technical issue.

I am unsure of whether or not it can determine between the two, but functionally speaking it treats both reasons as the same outcome (leaving the game). A way to think about it is that someone leaving your game makes the experience imbalanced regardless of the reason for it happening, and LeaverBuster reflects that ideal in its implementation.
