Can A High Elo Player Give Me Some Pointers?

Im kind of at a loss here, I don't know what to do anymore. Doesn't seem to matter what I do, my teammates refuse to listen or use common sense and I keep losing. Now I fully understand that I am bad, if I wasn't bad I could carry these games, but I am in Silver and can't seem to climb out right now. Its just irritating me to think that I am actually the same level as my teammates, if i am i need to practice something to get better because i can't stay here.

The issue appears to be that I am not properly pressing my lead around the map? I can't say for sure where I am failing because if I knew I would try to fix it. Every loss I can't help but sit there wondering what went wrong, it always seems obvious to me what we should be doing, but no one ever listens. Makes me wonder if its me that is wrong? but then when I listen to others we lose anyways and I know it was a bad call. I make bad calls, specially lately because I have been in like one continuous tilt (seriously i am going to dodge if I ever get Ziggs APC on my team ever again, no more of him being on my team...)

In the second one my laning phase was crap, but I tried to create pressure in top and rotate mid lane often. However I was being pressure all game so it was a bit hard to roam, however that is my take and it could be wrong.
