Being able to disenchant mastery shards

Id like this to happen because i have a lot of mastery shards for champions i dont even want to play. (E.G. i trolled some poor soul as nasus and got an S. i dont play him and i dont want the shard.) This would allow people to either de-clutter their hextech inventory or get a small amount of blue essence for this. is this a possibility?
