Both are insanely toxic and irritating to play with, nice people off the game but in the game when they get Riven literally do nothing but talk shit to the enemy team and their team etc.
Not only that but they both try to defend her when I tell them her kit is overloaded as fuck
Honestly, I think my attitude depends a lot on the champion I play. When I play a carry like Jax or Talon, I get frustrated easily, and even though I don't type it in chat, I blame my team for everything. When I play Malphite and Shen, I usually acknowledge my own mistakes and focus more on myself.
When I play Mundo, I just dick around.

I don't know what it is about Riven. I've been trying to play her to learn her kit better and learn the little counterplay she has. I never talk shit in game. In fact, I rarely talk to anyone. I'll ping if I need to communicate with my team, but when I was playing Riven, I started talking shit to the other team. Now, it wasn't really offensive or verbal abuse anymore than they communicated to us. It was just trash talk like you might do playing sports, but I never feel like doing it unless I'm playing Riven. I don't know if it's something about her kit or what.
why do you have to bring Riven into an argument concerning your friends behavior in game? These 2 things literally have nothing in common.
I never smack talk to other people. If I'm in a call with my friends, and I'm playing my main (Quinn), and I completely burst the enemy ADC in seconds, I am kinda pretentious. If you really know a champion, it goes to your head a little when you completely destroy the other person
I still get flustered when people say Riven has an overloaded kit. Last I checked, she doesn't have an armor shred, nor does she have sustain. And, no, shields aren't sustain.
Yeah, sure, she's got annoying damage, but that's what you get when you have the lowest health regen in the game.
Whenever I roll Riven in ARAM, I get this immediate subconscious urge to start flaming everyone. Then after the game, I feel ashamed of myself for playing her as all Riven players should.
all Riven mains are the same. "Riven is so balanced" yea even though you can play with 1 hand and be blind folded andstill geta penta at lvl1 1v5.
Riven is the embodyment of salt. in all honesty I dont see why Riot hasnt made Salt Queen Riven. No matter how nice the person is in lobby or irl. once they get their hands on Riven they are so salty your pretzels are salted to the finest. if you have a friend who mains Riven give them 2 options. either A learn a better champion and stop acting like their better than everyone or B they keep playing Riven and you never acknowledge their existence ever again.

Riven mains being Riven mains. Not surprising and I'm sure they are getting ready to rush the boards to oblivion if it means not getting the edge changes removed.
Well here is some good news. They will be less toxic if the changes for Riven go through.
I'd say the biggest problem with Riven is her mobility. Get rid of those dashes that go with her Q and E and we've got a much more balanced champion. Once she has a bit of CDR it's impossible to catch her... the only time you really get to fight Riven is when Riven wants to fight you... and that's pretty stupid.
I played Udyr with MS quints and level 2 boots and it was impossible to catch her. It's like yeah you bear stance flashed at her... but she just E QQQ'ed her ass half way up the lane so... yeah. She started at our inner turret mid, I bear stance and flash practically out of the bushes by raptors but riven just QQQ E spams laugh QQQ E and I give up what is obviously a hopeless chase.
There is literally no other champion in this game that brings out that sweet toxicity more than Riven. Most other champions when you get owned by them you can go okay I misplayed here or there, I could've outplayed this or that, juked here when I didn't...etc... With Riven it's like okay.. she's F*&%ing broken. Even after they fixed that bug that like EVERY riven player used and abused to reset their Q CD... she's still broke as hell imo.
I find it hard to believe Riven mains have friends at all. LOL
I fought against a Riven main. It was not fun. I got rekt.
