A Small Change to Ranked?
So currently to go to division 2 to 1 you need to win 2 out of 3 but really you need to win 3 out of 4 with the first game being an absolute must win.
I propose you start your series with the game you win to reach 100 LP. Meaning you are at say 90 LP you win and go into your series you are now 1 win out of 3, so you only need to win 1 more time. I feel like this is way more fair because honestly at my MMR its completely random whether you win or lose. Its very heavily reliant on your teammates not feeding rather than you doing good.

Funny story actually the Diana that went 3/7/2 went 15/3/13 as Jinx against me in the next game... so idk what happened...
, obviously as level 1 Irelia there isn't much i can do about it. Then here comes Amumu! All 3 of us are level 1 so he goes in and im like noooo!! He doesn't listen so i follow him in, turns out Rengar was there... Malph kills Amu and Reng kills me... So Malph gets a ton of farm and comes back with Frozen Heart, i am level 3 at this point... At level 6 Malph would ult into my turret regardless if he had minions or not, sometimes he would hit me and sometimes he would miss, didnt matter cuz Reng would jump in and kill me. Meanwhile Amu is chasing Malphite down instead of helping me kill the squishy Reng. This happens about 7 more times before 20 min mark, I walk up to my turret, immediate flash malph ult, Rengar, Amu focuses Malph while i die to the 12/0 Rengar.... Everyone is mad at me and i keep telling them it is Amumu's fault for making bad calls that i am paying for! They were all "well why didn't you roam?" and i said "When i tried Malz killed me or i got no help with Rengar again." but thats not good enough, they needed a scapegoat and my 1/12 was the perfect excuse for why on a 5 man team no one helped when i was getting dove by 2 sometimes 3 people, regularly. Admittedly i could have tries going bottom, but they were losing really bad too so a 3 levels down Irelia with only 20 CS at 30 minutes was not going to help.
