NOT by Riot, so please stop with the bullshit that me going off meta is "Trolling", and your going to report me. (Which btw does absolutely nothing and will just make your reports worthless against actual Toxic or trolling players).

Literal Definition of Trolling: _Make a deliberately offensive or provocative online posting with the aim of upsetting someone or eliciting an angry response from them. _

DELIBERATELY with the aim and intention of upsetting someone. Which is not what off meta players do.

Whenever I see these threads I wonder if by "off-meta" the person means something unorthodox but somewhat viable, like ADC TF or Jarvan IV MADC bot lane... Or if they're trying to play AP Ashe or AP Vayne and wonder why their team think they're a scumbag.

There's off-meta that makes some sense, and there's off-meta that's just purely stupid.

Riot still enforces the meta though, when champs and items are used in a way that most people deem 'non meta' its generally nerfed into oblivion.

People discover things when they go off meta! plus, warwick is "Out of the meta", yet i just had a game where i went 17/9/9 and had to carry my team after our adc fed the other teams adc intentionally. And why? Because he is my most played champion. Not because he is easy to play, i mean ashe is easy to play but after she died 2 she started feeding intenitionallly. its not my fault, it the people who say off-meta doesnt works fault

Actually... you are incorrect. Riot makes the meta by buffs and nerfs. Its simply all about what Riot makes viable and what they make into trash.

Well. The meta is somewhat based on what the best players play. They seem to know who is strong in a certain patch that gives them an advantage over other Champs such as item changes that work stupidly well with certain Champs kits. They stream games and people pick up on it and add it to their champ pool. If certain Champs are strong in a patch people of course will play it.

I think Meta is made by Riot in a sense, for example where devourer was super strong or when cinderhulk was great. However that doesn't mean other champions have a disadvantage.
