This is absolute bullshit. I don't give a shit what kind of lose streak you are on, the demotion deciding game should not be counted if there is a afk. Now I get to deal with the bullshit of can I get at least two matches without another one to get back to where I was.
A loss is a loss.
They can't offer loss forgiven for every game that has an AFK because that would essentially lead to EVERYONE being in diamond eventually since it would mean more LP was given out than taken in. It would make rank completely meaningless in stead of mostly meaningless, and that's not a good thing.
They have said they're interested in implementing a system where if someone doesn't connect to the match at all the game 'restarts' and finds a replacement member or perhaps just dissolves entirely.
