Visual or kit?
Why not both?
Visual is fine. Kit solved none of her problems. Ult still scales off AP and her passive is stopped by minions. Two simple changes to make her good.

How can Riot launch a rework that does not solve the champion's most basic problems. Hell just give her passive Garen's passive treatment and she is already MUCH better.

Miss Fortune actually has MUCH higher AD scaling on everything except her E, Make it Rain, which doesn't have AD scaling. AP MF is okay, I've tried it a few times, but the damage output is significantly less. I wouldn't personally play it in Ranked, but go for it if you enjoy it. Riot wants AD and AP MF to both be viable, sort of like Ezreal can go ADC or Mid.
I think her Ult's damage is mostly where work can be done. Or at least how the damage interacts with her itemization,
I still have no idea what they reworked. Only her Q and W activating passive (oh and removing her GW, Literally the only solid reason to pick her)
They didn't rework anything. Riot wasted time on this whole event because they got halfway and realized 'well this is mediocre' and instead of using common sense they chugged along with this trash.
Mf's ult is crap forever :l Passive is crap forever :l What the hell is the point of a speed passive if I still need boots :l
