Not asking for a reveal. Although I hope that happens next week, as worlds should be finished by the end of September and even if the champ is revealed next week, its on the PBE for 2 weeks. And even after those two week and its release, it was said that even if it is released, it would not be apart of the LCS. By the time this champ is out, it will be the end of September. I don't think Riot really wants to just go another month with nothing going on for those who just play the game and don't know or can't watch the LCS.

What? Worlds are in October. The Worlds patch (5.18) will be released by the end of September, but Worlds starts on October 1st. In any case, the Arcade thing and the Project thing were both decently large events, and Bilgewater wasn't that long ago. I don't really understand the point of this post. I guess you mean that you want to see a new champion, which I'm pretty sure everyone always wants.

Yep, that's exactly it (seriously), but I thought someone else said the thing would end around the end of September.

I also suspect that 5.18 will be released (not this next week but) next week (somewhere from the 14th to 18th). Since the Project skins are done and ready to be released, it shouldn't be long (as they are coming this next week).

The arcade thing is also not really much more than when we saw the academy skins and such, its just more looks. Its not like a legendary (which is what Master Yi's skin is so I agree with you that this event is different but not like those). In august, they reworked 4 champs. In July, they reworked GP and Fiora, and touched up on MF's. In June we got Tahm Kench. In May, Ekko was released. In April, we got the legendary skin for Teemo (Omega Squad), in March, we got Bard in March, Sona's ultimate skin in February, I think the work done to Tristana in January was the thing then, as Rek'Said was released in December, and the list goes on and on. If it weren't for the legendary skin or Master Yi, I would be demanding the champ right now, but understand that it will more than likely be released in early October as by then it will be the end of 5.18 or close to it and the champ will more than likely be released in 5.19 in October.

The Arcade skins also brought along Blitzcrank's poro roundup. You can't forget that.

I can see what you mean about the month currently being uninteresting, but the month has just started, and we don't know what will happen in the rest of the month. Also remember, "They are coming" is still a thing. I got that earlier this week. It was awesome. And then I said "THEY ARE COMING" in /all chat and nobody knew what I meant. Whatever is coming will probably be announced soon.

As awesome as that is, its no where near as big as the 4 champ updates that hit in august and were the main focus for a while.

True, but those updates were mostly number changes and very slight changes. Garen got a small new feature and number changes, Darius got a new effect on his passive and number changes, and Skarner got a rock and number changes. Only Morde's changes were large, just because they killed his solo laning in favor of his duo laning. The changes themselves weren't that much, but they ended up making a large difference.
