Solution to ranked balance

Solo/Duo queue doesn't work. Dynamic Queue shoves solo players out. Ranked teams don't ever have enough people online to be able to rank up....

But Ranked Teams are the best option to balance Ranked. If Ranked Teams allowed for teams of 30-40 players , like a normal sports team would have, then there would be ample opportunity for 5 to be online at any given time to play ranked. Then we simply keep the rule for earning the team's rewards that requires a certain number of games won by an individual while in game as a team.

There shouldn't have been a solo ranked play option in this team-based game anyway. Being in a team every single time will allow you to know that you'll also be up against a full 5-man premade as well, but with the assurance that in all likelihood, if the your team is 5 people from a 40 man team who don't know each other too well, the enemies will be in the same boat.
