If you aren't going to upgrade older skins at least lower the price tag on them.

Pulsefire Ezreal is not worth 3250 RP. And about 50% Of the currently legendary skins aren't worth 1850 RP, some not even 1350 RP.

Since Riot seems to have a policy on never updating older skins (I believe Riot Kateykhaos said so). Could we at least lower the price of them?
