Ok is it time for Nasus stacks to get a nerf?

Well i think the headline says it all. Nasus is a dangerous champion. Is his q gets farmed up he can destroy enemy teams at ease.

Ima tell you a true story, i was playing jax vrs a nasus top( ye he is supposed to counter me) i was doing fine but had a hard time denying him q stacks. My bot lane was currently feeding so i had to leave my lane and help them before it got worse, i went down bot and picked up a couple kills, then a fight for dragon i got a couple more, i thought its gg i am fed now, when i see my second top turret fall before him. Nasus q stacks were so much, so fast. I tried to fight him but it was impossible. He had an easy time farming his q, he destroyed our team and won the game.

I think his stacks are too much, +3 for a minion kill i think it's too high, i am not saying that he is hard to lane against or that he can't be destroyed but if you mia for whatever reason,maybe you had to teleport bot to save your feeders ass, then he can so easily farm that q and become impossible to defeat.

What do you think should he gain less per kill or or is he fine as he is?
