False script bans?

So as people have heard there was a gamebreaking bug with Xerath which cause his Q to hit everything from his base.

We got two pretty clear examples of people who abuse it and many more than are not made public yet and no action is taken when these actions should result to INTANT PERMABANS with no chance of it beeing reverted.

Yet last night i got a message from my EUW premade that his account has been banned like 2 days ago for SCRIPTING beause he stomped a game of D5's with LEE SIN . Meanwhile i've played well over 60games with the said person and i can say he isnt scripting. If he did he wouldn't be hardstuck D1.

The guy doesnt even have a SINGLE XERATH game in his rank history this season or normal history for this matter yet he pretty much got instabanned with no warning. Yet the guys who have 95%+ winrates on a GAME BREAKING CHAMPION with perfect kdas are still ALLOWED to play the game? IRONIC isnt it riot games? Reminds me of the Azir tower bugged where it was abused and the people didnt even get banned for doing it.

Yet we can make false alegations and ban random people with no SUBSTANCIAL EVIDENCE ON THEIR CASE?

Unless you played right beside him there is no way you could know if he was scripting or not. Just because you were playing with him doesn't mean he never used scripts on his account. How do you know he just turns if off when he played with you? Also note that Riot takes scripting seriously. So its never just one game let alone a false accusation. They take their time and look into the account. If they find nothing, nothing will happen to the account. But if they are accused and they find something well then its pretty open and shut. That's not to say that some slip through the cracks. Maybe he has something on his computer that Riot detection assume is a cheating program. In any case its best that your friend contact Riot support and talk to them since they are the only people who can help him right now!

This is real, he might not be scripting. This year my game knowledge has been rising by a lot, so when I was in silver, I knew I was better than that division, so I played good, dodging everything and escaping at my best on ranked. I also played with some normals with my friends that I couldn't play ranked with, due to rank difference. I played Katarina on normals because I wanted to get level 7 on her, and Katarina and Irelia on ranked.

I was playing good enough to make the enemy team ragequit, right after saying the funniest three words I know: "Nice scripts, Irelia".

I of course laughed at it, but I didn't say anything to them nor my team. This was probably the first time in a few years someone called me a scripter. The next game, 2 more people say I was scripting. The next day, 1 more. And one later that week.

I started not caring, till I got this email yesterday: "You have been suspended for 3rd party programs, cheating". I tried to log in, but I was permabanned.

I have never ever cheated in a multiplayer game ever in my life. 4 years of my life just simply got.... thrown away. I was aiming for platinum (I know it's not high elo, although it was a goal).

So now, I have sent an email to Riot, hoping then to respond asap. I've been banned from a game because I was good....
