I find these yasuo hate threads far more annoying than yasuo

Because there are so many of them. nothing changed. he's literally still the same, he didn't get stronger or weaker.

Stop spamming the boards with "omg yasuo so op frustrating please gut his kit so he is unplayable"

nothing changed.

I guess the patch notes are just there for show. Or maybe you believe that since the champion isn't changed directly, his power level can't be indirectly impacted by changes to items, game mechanics, or other champions. League is not the same game it was three months ago; it constantly shifts and changes. Just because a champion doesn't get direct changes does not mean it can't get stronger or weaker during that time. It happens. A lot.

But let's assume that Yasuo is in the same spot he was months ago. He's got a kit that's especially unfun to play against (a trait of being designed by CertainlyT) and he's popular. Eventually (aka right now), people are going to get fed up with having to face his frustrating ass every three games. So now they're asking Riot to tone down his more teeth-grinding gameplay. Not necessarily nerfs, just redistribution of power so that he's got more windows of opportunity to exploit. If Riot won't, we'll most likely see more Yasuo bans in the future. If the ban rate gets high enough, changes will happen.

Basically the same series of things i had when dealing with Wakfu and Tree of Savior.

-Former was a glorious game originally but got locked behind a pay to play wall then finally gets reopened to limited free to play then full free to play and its in a 'trashie'ish situation' and further sinks into a pit of fkery where players multi box instead of partying with others, stick with constant niche circles and result in mandatory requirements of specific 'disciple classes' when the game had 12 classes originally, then got 2 more then got some fan'pandering ones in the form of 'Eliotrope' a knock off of Eliatrope' and another pandering class based on a movie release called 'Huppermage'. Before it reached today, the game became a wasteland of trolling pk dungeon and market board campers, people who cheat their way into political positions in the game and a marketboard with prices a mess and late game bosses and mobs who are nearly impossible to take down alone with no 'weakness' to exploit besides game breaking mechanics that get patched out.

-Latter was a Ragnarok online hype and was glorious at first, till the market place being heavily locked down to 1 item limits for 'freebies', waiting several days to 'obtain' the money of your sold items even with a 'premium token' which could also be bought off the market. A heavily limited 2 (3 if prem) GLOBAL dungeon entry limit, with the addition of a class building setup into multiple circles but you will be utterly ruined if you don't stick to particular builds that have insane mobbing potential most of the time. Some might consider that game is still good but they pratically skipped niches or embraced the lesser annoying ones in online games to ruin its potential. Plus even though its impossible to 'trade' silver(the in game currency) in player trades, RMTs still exist, with the only few ways to even do so is to 'farm' talts (which normally drop thru those same heavily limited dungeons) or rare drop 'currency' items which sell for a fixed npc rate when you sell them to npc vendors. Even then, buying items from the market or even trading with other players will basically 'make it impossible to trade them again too.'

How this would relate to League of Legends is the standard, dissappointment due to either mechanics or the major impact elements being dominant or ruining the fun entirely such as Meta(whether its ROLE or specific CHAMPIONS in general) niches, Mastery(Since how long has it been when Thunderlords, Death fire touch and undying grasp continued to dominate the majority of builds with a few rare occasions of our champion damage stack, lifesteal and other masteries that would only show up on particular champion types, tank types or support types) niches, Itemization niches, Mass grouping niches. Team game or not, if LoL doesn't allow new or solo players have fun matches, then how can they ever get a proper chance to find other people while having the zeal to keep going long enough and group up with them for a more enjoyable experience.

Yasuo is still one of the several poster boys who still hasn't been remade (just like Yorick) and even with any stat adjustment tweaks that have been done, is able to act as one of those constant pressure making champions with kits that will screw you 24/7 without investing time to counter build and keeping a constant eye on where he is so you know his general location and won't have him flank you, surprise you or use a good old champion buddy that can group knock up or pull enemies together(remember champs like Orianna everyone?) for him to tornado Q them to promptly 'extend' the knock up, damage them hard and give enough time for champions with powerful damage skills that tend to have small wind ups to continue the trendy mess and that same gag works in picking out targets AND clustering.

This turning into either 'stay close' and get mass CC'd or keep separate and then have one or more of you get blasted by some surprise attack, flash in, 'shunpo in' attack and can sometimes even include something to knock you straight into the enemy team or make you easy picking to get focused on in that few second surprised window.
