Lets see... 5.8 patch notes came out April 28th, so we can expect 5.9 patch notes to come out May 12th. New champions hit the PBE very shortly after the PBE updates to the next patch, but their teasers are a few days before that...

I think I remember someone from riot talking about a time traveling champ before(a few years ago I think),I think he had to do with time traveling and was going to be an assassin named Tempus.
This guy might be the finished product,you know like Azir whose first concepts were leaked around the time of jayces release when he was still called Seth.
Overall I wonder how he is going to be different from Zilean,if its true that he has a time traveling ult,then he might be more focused on the traveling part,than actually manipulating time.
