Maybe they can analyze the champ you play most and give it a higher chance to be a skin for said champion? Or maybe just have it in play in general, so if youve played zilean twice you wont have too big of a chance to get one for him, but others who you play a lot are a higher chance?

They're just trying to grow into the big company they need to be to competently manage a game of this size. League blew up too quickly, and riot tried to cling on to it's "we love our little community" identity too long, so the growing pains are hitting long after the customer base explosion happened.

I think that is boolshit that riot don't give a present. Last cristmas i was so happy that i had a gift. I was waiting for this they and they tell me that they will not give presents then fuck riot,
