Maybe they can analyze the champ you play most and give it a higher chance to be a skin for said champion? Or maybe just have it in play in general, so if youve played zilean twice you wont have too big of a chance to get one for him, but others who you play a lot are a higher chance?
I don't think riot is willing to give us free stuff anymore. They used to do it relatively frequently to apologize for server downtime or crashes or bugs, but now... Their gift to us is allowing us to play their masterpiece
