(Passive): Crimson Pheromone
Vlad's body emits a pungent odor of blood from the constant exercise of his blood magic. His next ability against an enemy champion reduces their Magic resist by 10/12.5/15% for 5 seconds at levels 1/7/13 and reduces the damage their next ability does by 45% during that time. (Does not work against damage over time abilities) Landing Siphon Essence on two champions, getting it's full leech duration off or hitting an enemy champion with Hemoplague puts Crimson Pheromone on a 3 second Cooldown. [Static Cooldown: 15 seconds]. The debuffs of Crimson Pheromone are tied to the ability it was triggered with so the debuffs are applied to all enemies affected by the ability on cast.

Vlad launches a torrent of blood forward dealing 80/110/140/170/200 +70% magic damage to all enemy units it passes through (dealing 80% of the damage to minions) and halts after hitting two enemy champions. Upon hitting two enemy champions it establishes a Blood Link between them, lasting for 3.5 seconds dealing 5/7/9/11/13 +4% AP magic damage per tick at 0.35 second intervals and healing Vlad per tick for 50% of the total damage dealt between them (heal calculated after resistances). The link is broken if the targets move 500 units away from each other but the tick damage and heals are strengthened by 15% if they are remain 375 units near each other. If Siphon Essence hits only 1 or no champion Vlad receives an instant heal of 10/20/30/40/50 +35% AP after a 0.5 second delay, once it hits an at least one enemy or neutral unit. (Blood Links are only Establish against Champion + Champion or Large monster + Champion)
If they are unable to break the bind before the end of the duration, they are pulled 250 units toward each other and stun at the end of the pull for 0.25 seconds. Vlad gains 12/14/16/18/20% movement speed for 1.75 seconds decaying down to 6/7/8/9/10% movement speed after the first second.
(W) Sanguine Pool Cost 18% Current Health | Cooldown: 26/23/20/17 /14 | Radius: 175 | Orientation: Self- Targeted, Point Blank Area of Effect Ability
(Passive): Upon being dropped below 17% of his Max Health, the cost of Vlad's abilities are halved and he gains 25% increase healing from all sources lasting 2 seconds after be brought back to 17% max health.
(Active): Vladimir sinks into a pool of blood, gaining 37.5% bonus movement speed which decays exponentially for 1 second and becoming untargetable for 2 seconds. Enemies who stand upon the pool are slowed by 35%, Grounded (unable to cast movement abilities while in pool) and are dealt 20/33.75 47.5/61.25/75 (+ 3.75% bonus health) magic damage every half second (Total 80/135/190/245/300), while Vladimir heals himself for 15% of the damage done.

Vlad conjures a sphere of blood in the air that after a brief 0.75 second delay bursts, scattering pellets of blood raining down in a wide area around it. These pellets deal 16/22/28/34/40 +17% AP +2% of the target's bonus health as magic damage every half second for 3 seconds for a total of 96/132/168/204/240 +102% AP +12% of the targets Bonus Health.
Targets struck are slowed for 15/20/25/30/35% every instance of damage for 1 second. Slow stacks additively with
but Multiplicatively with Sanguine Pool.

(ACTIVE): Vladimir infects all enemies in the target area with a virulent plague that increases the damage they take from all sources by 12% for 5 seconds.
After these 5 seconds, infected enemies take magic damage. Magic Damage 100/175/250 +40% Ability Power and 8% of their missing health. Hemoplague Magic Damage 112/196/280 +44.8% AP and 8.96% of their missing health.
