what is somethinig for recording my games? Dont want anything that will affect performance.

Shadow Play if you have an nvidia graphics card that is high up enough for it. That's what i use.

anything but frapz. I use mirillis action, its pretty good. OBS studio is good too

replay.gg if you want a replay to watch afterwards. Nothing to download, just their servers spectating your game, and then you spectate that later.

you cant watch them online anymore. you have to run a command prompt and imnot doing that

You can see exactly what the command prompt is doing: calling League of Legends with special parameters. It's literally safer than anything you could download where you don't know what it's doing. I first heard about replay.gg from a Rioter too, so they know that it's doing.

Provide me a better way to search the boards and I'd gladly find it.

I know that it was in the comments of a post asking about when Riot would be implementing a replay system, and if I recall it was around when Riot mentioned they weren't working on a Sandbox mode or replay system of their own.
