I missed the rotation and didn't get to play him. Based on past champion releases when do you think he'll be in the rotation again?

Take this website with a grain of salt because it's 100% fan made, but I like to use it to find out how long it's been since a champ has been free and decide if they're likely to be on rotation soon. It shows you trends in when they've been free as well, which is nice.
