I just played with a duo who doesn't care about ranked because it is preseason.Seriously, if you wanna " troll ", do it with 5 man premade. I am not playing ranked for you to have " fun " feeding mid as fiora 0/8 or playing vel'koz first time and having no idea what to lvl up first, nor what to buy. Seriously, every single year looks like the players are even worse.
I challenge all you people who think the system is working to test it. make a new account and be as toxic as possible. I have done this - trolling and feeding with an account for 16 games in a row over the last 3 weeks or so, just to see what would happen. the account still has faced no punishment yet.
test it yourself if you don't believe me. if there is any punishment for reports it is extremely slow.
Reporting always feels useless, even when the Tribunal is up. There's not a whole lot to be done about that feel, regardless of how effective reports are.
Having said that, once the Tribunal comes back (for the love of all that his holy, let's hope it's soon), do cases. It makes you feel far better about the system.
There is a long time the tribunal is not working. They should have fixed it already
