I just played with a duo who doesn't care about ranked because it is preseason.Seriously, if you wanna " troll ", do it with 5 man premade. I am not playing ranked for you to have " fun " feeding mid as fiora 0/8 or playing vel'koz first time and having no idea what to lvl up first, nor what to buy. Seriously, every single year looks like the players are even worse.
proud and bronze2 votesI challenge all you people who think the system is working to test it. make a new account and be as toxic as possible. I have done this - trolling and feeding with an account for 16 games in a row over the last 3 weeks or so, just to see what would happen. the account still has faced no punishment yet.
test it yourself if you don't believe me. if there is any punishment for reports it is extremely slow.
Dr Clueless PhD1 votesReporting always feels useless, even when the Tribunal is up. There's not a whole lot to be done about that feel, regardless of how effective reports are.
Having said that, once the Tribunal comes back (for the love of all that his holy, let's hope it's soon), do cases. It makes you feel far better about the system.

The Tribunal just makes their effect more visible, and puts more of it into player hands where we can feel the difference it makes more.

It doesn't look like this. There is a guy in brazil who ALWAYS insta lock fiddle, never call a single lane, and feeds A LOT. He also doesn't say a single word all game nor ping. He looks pretty much like a bot. He does this for a long time and has never been banned.
Sukishoo1 votesYou do realize it takes awhile for these things to go into affect? It always has. Nothing happens immediately. Tons of people have been getting banned, having content removed (due to fruad) and so on but it takes a lot of time considering how many people play the game.
