I believe he will be re-released with the next patch, they are giving him a buff.

Bard Attack range increased to 550 from 500 Base damage increased to 52 from 46 Damager per level growth increased to 3.5 from 3 Base armor increased to 25 from 21 Travel's Call (Passive) Meeps: A new meep appears every 10 down from 12 Traveler's Call (Passive) Chimes: mana restore changed to 12% max mana from (8% missing mana + 15)

Wait, so they disabled Bard just because he is getting buffs? That doesn't make any sense since you might as well disable every champion that has a chance at getting a buff.

Right? It's possible since everyone who ever locks in Bard gets reported they disabled him till the buffs come though. Sucks considering I wanted to practice him more.

He's getting the same responses as the nerfed evelynn where playing her would get you banned.

I dunno why they disabled him, but everyone was complaining about him because they claimed that whoever got a Bard on their team would lose. So it's possible.

afaik he has some ult bug which can ruin a game making towers permanently untargetable
