His ult is so strong and it's cd is redicilous.
I think it needs to do less base dmg and scale better with ap. Or something that will not allow support blitz to wave clear so insanely fast.

You know he has one of the highest AP scaling ults in the game, right? Scaling better would make him stronger. Or did you mean scale more appropriately to your preference, which would use a worse ratio?
